Faithworth Energy conducts all its operations — drilling bits and hole enlargement, directional drilling (LWD/MWD), cementing and pumping, well completion, mudlogging, and well intervention — to the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental stewardship. We believe all injuries, occupational illnesses, and environmental incidents are preventable, and our goal is ZERO HARM to our people, our assets, our communities, and the environment.
Our commitment is backed by leadership accountability. Every person has the right and duty to STOP WORK when an unsafe condition or act is observed. We:
- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and HSE obligations under Nigerian law and international standards
- Identify and eliminate hazards, and control risks to ALARP using the hierarchy of controls
- Prevent pollution, minimise waste and emissions, and promote resource efficiency
- Prevent work-related injury and ill health through effective occupational health programmes
- Report and investigate all incidents and near misses, and share lessons learned
- Maintain tested emergency preparedness arrangements
- Invest in the training and competency of our workforce to sustain a strong safety culture
- Continually improve through audit, management review, and leadership commitment
This policy is implemented through an integrated HSE management system, certifiable to ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 and aligned to IOGP guidelines.
